Jennifer Albany was born in 1973 in Rahway, New Jersey, and has been an associate member of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, since 1999.

Jennifer A. Birckhead is a Washington, D.C. area native, who was born in Silver Spring, Maryland in 1982, and raised in Calvert County. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 2004 where she received a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice.

Erin Hebert Cancienne joined DeCaro, Doran as a law clerk in our Summer Associate Program and is currently an Associate assigned to the Insurance Defense Litigation practice group.

Lynne J. Kinney is an associate attorney in the firm’s Insurance Defense litigation practice group. Born in Washington, D.C. in 1957, Ms. Kinney currently resides in Grasonville, Maryland, and manages the firm’s Eastern Shore location.

John W. Leonard joined DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP in 2009 through the firm’s Summer Associate program, and is currently an Associate assigned to the Insurance Defense Litigation practice group.

James Liskow became associated with the firm in May of 2007, and is assigned to the Commercial Litigation and Employment Law practice group. He is barred in Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and New Jersey.

Robert A. Richards joined DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP in 2005, and is currently assigned to the Insurance Defense Litigation practice group.

Jennifer joined the firm as a law clerk in our Summer Associate Program in June 2008. After passing the Maryland Bar in February 2009, she joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
