Robert A. Richards joined DeCaro Doran in 2005, and is currently assigned to the Insurance Defense Litigation practice group.

Born in Washington, D.C. in 1976, Bob graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Economics in 1998.   After a number of years managing a major franchise, he later attended Catholic University Columbus School of Law and obtained his juris doctorate in 2004.  He served as an intern and law clerk to Montgomery County Deputy State's Attorney, John McCarthy.

Mr. Richards is barred in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and regularly appears before the Court defending the interests of his clients in personal injury and premises liability matters.
