Jeffrey R. DeCaro has practiced law since 1980, and is one of the founding partners of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP. He is barred in the state and federal courts in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia.

Thomas Doran is one of the founding partners of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, and has served as Managing Partner since its inception.

Alan Siciliano has been practicing law for over 30 years, and is a founding partner of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, currently serving as the Practice Group Leader for the Medical & Professional Malpractice Litigation Group.

Charles E. Gallagher, Jr. is a founding partner of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, and serves as the firm's Deputy Managing Partner, and supervising partner of the Virginia office.

Samuel J. DeBlasis, II is a founding partner of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, and currently serves as the practice group leader for the Commercial and Employment Litigation Practice group. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Christopher Dunn has been practicing law for over twenty-four years, and has been with DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP since it opened its doors in 1993. He became a partner in 1994, and has managed the insurance defense litigation practice group for the past 18 years.

Warren Stephens has been practicing law since 1981, and became associated with DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP, in 2000. Mr. Stephens became a partner in 2003.

Jeffrey T. Brown has been practicing law since 1987, and joined the firm as a senior associate in 1999. He was made a partner in 2006, and is a member of the Insurance Defense litigation practice group.

Anne Marie McGinley joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1995, and became a partner in 2006. Anne Marie is admitted to practice law in Maryland, District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania.
