The goal of our Summer Associate Program is to expose our summer clerks to a real life litigation practice - beyond what is taught in trial practice classes.  To that end, our clerks have the opportunity to attend client meetings, witness interviews, depositions, motions hearings, pre-trial conferences, and at least one trial during the program.  The firm's practice is involved in a variety of litigation matters and the clerks are often exposed to many different aspects of civil litigation.

We have completed our hiring for the Summer 2013 Associate Program, and will begin accepting applications for 2014 beginning in September of 2013.

Our Summer Associate Program is designed for students who have completed at least two years of law school.  We are interested in well-rounded candidates who are capable of performing rigorous and challenging legal analysis, have excellent verbal and written communications skills, possess the ability to interact with clients and attorneys effectively, and exemplify the potential and motivation to excel in the practice of law.
