Our Commercial and Employment Law practice at DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP offers legal services to clients on a wide variety of business related matters.  Our experienced attorneys are equipped to investigate, negotiate and litigate complex business matters including lease negotiation and enforcement, contract drafting and negotiations, injunctions and temporary restraining orders, and purchase and sale agreements.  We also assist clients in setting up corporations, Limited Liability Corporations (LLC) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP).

Our attorneys also have an extensive practice in Mechanic’s Liens and Construction Law.  We can file and defend mechanic’s’ liens on behalf of contractors and others, and regularly handle simple to complex litigation involving claims of construction delay, failure to perform, and contractual indemnity.

Being well-versed in Employment and Discrimination Law, our attorneys are able to represent employers and employees with claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and other claims based on “protected class” discrimination (e.g., gender, race, and age) before administrative agencies and in courts throughout the Washington, D.C.- Metropolitan area.

Our attorneys are dedicated to representing clients who have been injured on the job and unable to return to work, as well as employers whose employees have been injured in the course of their employment.  We represent both employers and employees at every level of the administrative hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Commissions of Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, and at the trial and appellate level.
