Mechanics’ Liens & Construction Law
DeCaro Doran's Commercial and Construction Litigation attorneys represent clients in all facets of the construction industry. We file and defend mechanics’ liens on behalf of contractors and others. We also handle litigation involving claims of construction delay, failure of performance, and contractual indemnity for all clients, ranging from small contractors, to large construction firms, manufacturers of construction materials and equipment, and homeowners.

Products Liability
We defend engineers and designers, manufacturers, retailers, and insurers in complex product liability cases involving pharmaceuticals, construction and electrical equipment, flame retardant materials, including protective clothing for firefighters, asbestos, and a variety of household products and devices.

The attorneys in our Employment Law litigation group represent employers and employees regarding claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and claims of discrimination based on sex, race, or age before administrative agencies, and in courts throughout the Washington-Metropolitan region.

Workers’ Compensation
A segment of our firm is dedicated to representing clients who are injured on the job and unable to return to work for a period of time or permanently. Our attorneys have represented clients throughout Maryland, D.C., and Virginia at every level of the administrative hearings, as well as trials and appeals.
