DeCaro Doran is pleased and proud to announce that our partner, Erik H. Nyce, has been appointed to the bench of the District Court of Maryland for Prince George’s County by Governor Martin O’Malley. Erik will assume his judicial role following his investiture which is scheduled for Thursday, June 7, 2012 in the ceremonial courtroom of the Circuit Court in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Erik’s experience and diverse litigation practice over the past 25 years makes him exceptionally qualified to serve on the bench, and will benefit the community he will serve. DeCaro Doran’s loss will be Prince George’s County’s gain.
Doran held their 2012 Defense Litigation Seminar on April 19, 2012 at Martin's Crosswinds in Greenbelt, Maryland. Our guest speaker this year was Glen Rueschling of TransCon CSI who spoke about "3d Filmmaking - How to Capture and Archive Data for Use in the Courtroom." Our attorneys will presented various topics relevant to Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
