Patricia “Tricia” Hall joined DeCaro Doran in 2025 as a Legal Assistant and Litigation Paralegal and currently supports the practice of Christopher J. Gowen. She brings more than twenty-five years of legal experience in both private practice and state and federal government.

Tricia earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Anne Arundel Community College in 2003 and a B.A. in Psychology from Northcentral University in 2020. She is currently pursuing her master’s in forensic psychology, further strengthening her expertise at the intersection of law and behavioral science.

Since 2023, Tricia has dedicated her spare time to serving as a Volunteer Advocate for child and human trafficking survivors, reflecting her strong commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
