Candidates must be motivated and detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Paralegal Certificate and/or 3-5 years personal injury and/or insurance defense litigation practice experience required.
This position would support a very busy legal practice and requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work independently. Qualified candidates must have a background in the litigation process and procedure and strong computer skills including WordPerfect and Microsoft Office.
Candidates must be motivated and possess excellent writing, organizational and case management skills. One to three years of litigation experience required; insurance defense experience preferred.

RECRUITMENT FOR THE 2022 SUMMER ASSOCIATE PROGRAM BEGINS SEPTEMBER 2021. IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY A SECOND YEAR LAW STUDENT AND INTERESTED IN THE 2022 SUMMER ASSOCIATE PROGRAM, THE FIRM WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THOSE POSITIONS IN SEPTEMBER 2021.
The goal of our Summer Associate Program is to expose our summer clerks to a real life litigation practice – beyond what is taught in trial practice classes. To that end, our clerks have the opportunity to attend client meetings, witness interviews, depositions, motions hearings, pre-trial conferences, and at least one trial during the program. The firm’s practice is involved in a variety of litigation matters and the clerks are often exposed to many different aspects of civil litigation.
Our Summer Associate Program is designed for students who have completed at least two years of law school. We are interested in well-rounded candidates who are capable of performing rigorous and challenging legal analysis, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess the ability to interact with clients and attorneys effectively, and exemplify the potential and motivation to excel in the practice of law.
