Chloe M. MacDonald is an associate attorney at DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP.

 A Maryland native, she was born in Baltimore and raised in Severna Park, where she now resides.  Chloe earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, magna cum laude, from York College of Pennsylvania, with double minors in Economics and Legal Studies. During her undergraduate career, she was a four-year member of the varsity women’s lacrosse team, serving as team captain her senior year. She earned First-Team All-Conference, First-Team All-Region, and IWLCA First-Team All-American honors as a midfielder. She was also selected as an IWLCA Senior All-Star and recognized on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll and the Academic All-MAC Team.

She began working with DeCaro, Doran as a law clerk through the firm’s Summer Associate Program in 2023 and continued working with the firm throughout law school. Chloe earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2025. Her practice focuses on general liability and insurance defense litigation.

Outside of her legal practice, Chloe enjoys running, fitness, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. She also enjoys the beach, boating, exploring vineyards and wineries, playing golf, and passionately following football, baseball, golf, and college lacrosse.
