Isa Segura is a proud Maryland native, born in Prince George’s County and currently residing in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

She began her legal career in 2020 and has since developed a strong background in personal injury and medical malpractice. Isa is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation. She joined DeCaro Doran in June 2025 and currently provides litigation support to Partner, James S. Liskow.

Isa is an active member of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association and is passionate about serving the underserved Hispanic population in the heart of Prince George’s County. She regularly participates in community outreach and partners with local organizations, including The Salvation Army, to help provide resources and support to those in need.

Currently, she is completing her B.A. degree in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland. In her free time, Isa enjoys spending time with her son, friends, and family, and exploring all that Maryland has to offer.
