Ryan K. Nealon joined the firm in early 2025 as an associate attorney assigned to the Litigation Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in General Liability and Insurance Defense Litigation.

Ryan, a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, earned his B.A. in Business Management from Mercyhurst College in 2008, and a master’s in Business Administration, with a concentration in Operations Management, from The University of Scranton, in May 2011. Subsequently, he attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where he earned his juris doctorate in 2019.

Prior to joining DeCaro Doran, he was associated with law firms in Baltimore and Westminster, Maryland.
