DeCaro Doran is proud to announce that eight of our attorneys have received recognition by SuperLawyers Magazine as being among Maryland’s top attorneys in 2017.

Partner Christopher R. Dunn was named a SuperLawyer in the practice area of Civil Litigation-Defense and Personal Injury-Products Liability, Thomas L. Doran in the practice area of Personal Injury Medical Malpractice-Defense, Health Care, and Civil Litigation;  Jeffrey R. DeCaro in Personal Injury-Products Liability; Civil Litigation, and Construction Litigation, and Matthew A. Ranck, in the practice area of Professional Liability and Civil Litigation.  Tom Doran, Jeff DeCaro and Chris Dunn have been honored with the SuperLawyer distinction since 2008. This is the second year for Matt Ranck as a Maryland SuperLawyer.

Associate Mark A. Kohl, who was named as a Rising Star from 2011-2016, was elevated to SuperLawyer this year in the practice area of Personal Injury.

Previously named a Rising Stars, Partners James S. Liskow ,  Jennifer A. King , and  Jennifer L. Rowlett were again honored as Rising Stars in 2017.  James received his distinction in the practice areas of Civil Litigation and Construction Litigation, Jennifer King in Civil Litigation, and Jennifer Rowlett in Insurance Coverage.  While Rising Stars must meet the same eligibility requirements as SuperLawyers, these candidates are under the age of 40, with less than ten years of practice experience.  No more than 2.5 percent of lawyers make the Rising Stars list.
